Comprehensive HR Automation Platform with Customizable Surveys for Engagement, Performance, and Organizational Health
The goal was to launch a flexible and competitive product to streamline and automate a wide range of HR processes. Developed over two years by one of Potok’s teams, the platform includes ready-made surveys for measuring employee engagement, well-being, 360-degree feedback, internal service quality, exit interviews, and more. A powerful survey builder is also included, enabling HR professionals to create tailored assessments for any business need — from quick pulse checks to in-depth diagnostics.

Problem
Outdated Employee Feedback Tools Fall Short in a World That Demands Agility, Insight, and Action
In today’s dynamic workplace, relying on legacy survey tools to measure employee engagement is no longer enough. Most solutions offer generic templates, surface-level metrics, and reports that feel more like formalities than actionable insights. HR teams are often left struggling to interpret raw numbers, unable to detect early signs of burnout, disengagement, or structural issues in teams.
At the same time, companies are under increasing pressure to create meaningful employee experiences and proactively manage culture. Yet without a clear, data-backed understanding of what’s happening on the ground, they’re left in the dark — making reactive decisions, missing early signals, and losing talent in the process.


Solution
Our Response Was a Research-Driven MVP That Changed How Companies Listen to Their People
In 2020, we launched the first version of our Engagement survey — a product built around a unique methodology developed and tested at scale inside Severstal, one of the largest industrial companies in Russia. It introduced a set of behavioral and emotional indexes that made it possible not only to understand current employee sentiment, but to forecast performance shifts and attrition risks.
The MVP focused on one thing: helping HR teams launch meaningful, insight-rich surveys quickly and effortlessly. With a streamlined UX, clear visualization, and automated feedback loops, we delivered a tool that wasn’t just easy to use — it became a new standard. After a successful launch and recognition at HR conferences, we evolved the product into a full-scale survey platform, added a flexible builder, dozens of research-backed templates, and eventually launched a powerful 360° Evaluation module.
Today, it’s a robust ecosystem designed to support smarter people decisions — from onboarding to exit.

Design
We designed a calm, modular interface that makes complex HR data feel structured, readable, and easy to act on
The goal of the visual language was to create a sense of clarity and control — especially for users navigating emotionally sensitive topics like engagement or burnout. We opted for a light UI with ample whitespace, soft color contrasts, and modular blocks that visually separate each section without overwhelming the screen.
Key indexes are displayed through custom radial charts that provide immediate visual feedback, while interactive filters and tabs allow users to explore insights without losing context. We focused on hierarchy: the most important information stands out at a glance, while deeper insights remain easily accessible.
Each page is designed to support guided action — from survey launch to result interpretation and planning. The interface scales easily for different survey types (Engagement, 360, Exit Interviews) and user roles, while maintaining a consistent design system throughout.
