About
Empowering security teams with full visibility and control over bug bounty programs.
The Bug Bounty Admin Panel is designed to help companies manage vulnerability reports, track vendor activity, and measure program efficiency in one streamlined dashboard.
The Statistics tab gives an overview of total reports, categorized by severity, response time, and rewards. Teams can monitor average resolution speed, payment progress, and program health — all in real time.
Switching to the By Programmes view, users get a detailed breakdown of each initiative: number of reports, severity levels, vendor engagement, and payout history. This allows teams to compare programs side by side and quickly identify trends or bottlenecks.
Whether it’s a single product or multiple vendors, the platform ensures clarity, transparency, and actionable insights across the full lifecycle of a security program.
Feature development process
To support better decision-making in a high-stakes environment, we developed a flexible and intuitive dashboard for managing bug bounty program performance.
The new interface aggregates metrics across multiple programs and vendors, making key insights easy to access — from reward totals to SLA dynamics — all in one place.
Goal
Build a clear, user-centered analytics hub with flexible filters, charts, and time ranges. The dashboard needed to show performance by both program and vendor, covering metrics like vulnerability severity, report statuses, and payment timelines.
Process
Working closely with the product team, I researched common admin tasks and reporting needs. Together, we explored and tested several approaches to information structure, filtering, and data visualization. Based on feedback from stakeholders and usability tests, we iterated on layout and navigation to balance complexity with clarity.
Key Challenge
The biggest challenge was balancing dense, multi-layered data (SLA, severity levels, payout status, time frames) without overwhelming users. We achieved this through modular structure, consistent hierarchy, and simplified visual representation.

Result
Result
By turning complex bug bounty metrics into actionable insights, we empowered teams to track, compare, and optimize program efficiency at scale.
The updated dashboard brought a new level of transparency and structure to the bug bounty ecosystem. It offered a centralized space where stakeholders could easily monitor reports, assess the performance of individual programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of vendor responses. With customizable filters and visual tools, the interface helped users make confident decisions without getting lost in the data.
Built through iterative collaboration and usability testing, the dashboard has become a reliable control panel for both analysts and product managers. It streamlines monitoring, reduces friction in communication, and drives operational efficiency across programs.
The interface enables users to:
Monitor overall program activity and performance in real time
Compare average response times and reward distribution
Track report severity and payout status
Filter data by vendor, program, report status, and archive visibility
Now in active daily use across multiple teams, this tool has proven its value in both strategic planning and day-to-day management.
